GT-R renders

Some new testrenders. I wanted to create an after rain feeling. Once again awesome MoGraph was used for scattering drops all over the surface. The inspiration to make this car came after playing Shift 2 Unleashed. I really fell in love with this remarkable car. I hope you like it as much as I do.

  5. ow really nice config. i guess the render time is pretty small...

i have also an i7 with 4 cores + 4 virtual cores but it is at 2.2 ghz and in turbo mode works at 3.1 ghz, a video card geforce gt 525 and 8 gb ddr3. it is a laptop.

and i guess i will not have any big problems with the rendering time, at a level of ditail like on your rendering scene?

honestly in 3 years of researching i didn't asked or make one conversation with nobody about that annoying big topic called 3d. but today i sow those 3 images on a website and i was really impressed. i don t want to be annoying i just want to move all my work on c4d.

here is a project of mine, you don t have to approve this comment i don t want to promote myself or smth like that, it is just for you to see it, please delete it.

  6. No problem, man. The final render took about one hour on my PC in 1920x1080. I am pretty sure, that your config would not have problems with rendering it. BTW interesting concept of yours, I am an Alfa Romeo fan too:)

  8. Really nice work and so many details.Do you think I could render this on my PC? Quad core 9400, 4GB DDR 2, ATi 5750 1024MB.

  9. Hi, glad you like it. You would definitely need at least 8gb of memory to render this car, because it has few 8K textures on it. There is no blueprint for this GT1 version of the car. At first I had modeled the stock version of the car, then I used photos from the internet to complete it.

  10. Hi, thanks for the fast reply.
OMG,then I'ill use only 2K textures, and render it by using render passes, and composit them in PS.I'll try to use less details, where possible.
You are very talented, you made it without blueprints, thats incredible.Nice work, thanks for sharing.
