Porsche 917K Making of

So, after three long months of hard and focused work at Unique & Limited, here's the 1971 Le Mans Porsche 917K print finished. Since I'm a huge Porsche fan myself, I put all my heart and soul into every little detail of these legendary and successful machines. I hope the final result reflects that.
I was responsible for modeling/texturing/shading and lighting of the cars.

Porsche 917K

Three versions of the 917K, three different liveries. www.unique-limited.com tasked me to do them all. The reason I enjoyed 3 months of work on this project is that I not only had to make the cars in high detail and precision, but I also had to make them look dirty and add a little bit of wear to them. Here you can see viewport images from 3DS Max with the base dirt layer. Textured and modeled in C4D. Stay tuned for the final renderings!

Porsche 911 GT3 Update 6

It's been a year since I started working on this baby and here's the final modeling update. Model is now pretty much finished and ready to be UV mapped and textured. It sits at 42 million polygons.
